Green Art Center – Prishtina (GAC) is a civil society organization established in 2013 with a clear purpose: to advance sustainable development, environmental responsibility, and civic engagement. For over a decade, we have worked hand-in-hand with communities, institutions, and international partners to inspire ecological practices that enhance social identity, strengthen civic responsibility, and create healthier, greener environments.
We believe that protecting the environment goes beyond policies—it requires education, innovation, and collective action. Through art, design, and practical community initiatives, GAC has become a trusted partner in Kosovo and the region, recognized for its professionalism, transparency, and long-term impact.

Mobilizing communities, marginalized groups, and institutions to actively participate in shaping sustainable policies and practices.

GAC is led by Executive Director Lorik Muçaj (lorik@greenartcenter.org), supported by a dedicated core team of project coordinators, environmental educators, and administrative staff.
